  1. We are replying to an initial enquiry with a request for information
  2. Communicating regarding a booking with us
  3. You have subscribed to our mailing list

 Mailling List - If you subscribe to our mailing list you will receive occasional emails with updates about public performances you can attend, any big news we may have and a little about what we've been up to. You can unsubscribe at any point - see below.

Any information you provide us helps us:

  • get in touch with you regarding your event
  • keep a record of your relationship with us
  • to inform you of any upcoming events that you may be interested in
  • Improve our services when you take part in surveys from time to time

Social Media

We use social media, such as Facebook, Twitter,  Instagram and Youtube to share news with you. We may reply or comment directly to you on these social media platforms. You should check the privacy policies of each of these platforms when you provide your information to fully understand how they will process your data

Data Sharing

We will not share, sell or rent your data with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to members of the quartet for the purposes of contacting you or sending emails based on your request for information.

Third Party Websites - This website may contain links to other services that you may be interested in or places where perchases can be made (eg. iTunes for CD's). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these and you should read the privacy policies that apply to you.

How to stop receiving communications from us

You can ask us to stop direct marketing at any time, please click the 'unsubscribe' link in any email communication that we send you. We will then stop any further marketing emails. We will still contact you regarding specific events should you make a booking with us.
